Protein is a vital supplement for me to support my fitness goals, as I am very active and visit the gym five days a week. Having sampled numerous protein powders in the past, I decided to give PERFORMIX's Whey chocolate protein powder a try. However, after finishing the chocolate. I prefer the vanilla flavor over the chocolate, especially when mixed into my oatmeal. The taste is creamy and provides a much-needed burst of flavor to my otherwise bland oatmeal. As a post-workout shake, the vanilla flavor is distinct and enjoyable, unlike other vanilla-based powders that are often dull. Not only does it contain a high amount of protein - 24 grams, but it also assists with muscle recovery and contains only a minimal amount of calories, which speaks to its excellent quality. Moreover, the Whey Isolate component ensures speedy absorption. This is great stuff.
